How do my maps sync between devices?
AsterBridge keeps your maps in your own iCloud account. Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on each device and your maps stay in sync. If maps don’t appear, check that iCloud Sync is turned on in AsterBridge’s Settings and that you’re signed in to iCloud in your device settings.
What’s free, and what does Pro add?
The free version includes up to 3 maps and PNG export. A monthly or yearly Pro subscription unlocks unlimited maps, the AI assistant, export to PDF, Markdown, OPML and AsterBridge files, and inviting people to your maps through iCloud. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you subscribe.
I already bought Pro. How do I get it on a new device?
Open AsterBridge’s Settings and choose Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open your Apple Account settings, go to Subscriptions and choose AsterBridge. Turn auto-renewal off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I work on a map with other people?
With Pro, you can invite people to view or edit a map through iCloud, and changes sync within moments. During a FaceTime call, you can also map together live with SharePlay.
Does the AI assistant send my maps anywhere?
On supported devices, the assistant uses Apple Intelligence, which works on your device. If you connect an AI account of your own instead, the text you send goes from your device straight to that provider, under its own privacy policy. KK Studio never sees it. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I get an earlier version of a map back?
Yes. Open the map and choose Version History. You can preview an earlier version, restore it, or save it as a copy. Earlier versions are kept on the device.
Where can I read the privacy policy and terms?
Read the privacy policy and the terms of use. AsterBridge has no analytics, no ads and no tracking.
